To be truly relevant in Real Estate today you must have experience to draw on and you must adapt to your environment. You cannot compete without having lived and breathed the cyclical changes the industry is fraught with. Williams Morris, exemplifies this through his unique qualifications. A native to Southern California, William was born in Burbank and began his career in Real Estate as a Loan Officer in Newport Beach. Within two years he had launched his own Mortgage Company, Excel Funding. Several years later he was selling REO properties for Lighthouse Real Estate where he began compiling a database over the next decade of investment opportunities for his clients.
William is well versed in negotiating and selling distressed properties and as a result has helped investors accumulate a high volume of assets for their respective portfolios. With over 600 properties sold since 2007, William has been able to assist his clients by alleviating the hassle of disposing of post rehab properties using his widespread exposure and personal inventory relevant to this specific market. He continues to have the inside track on investment opportunities including REO’s, probate sales, and muli-unit structures. Along with his handpicked team of highly skilled Real Estate and administrative professionals, William has made contacts with probate and divorce attorneys creating yet another avenue for his investor clients, and as a result the team has flipped over 30 properties in the past three years. They bring sound solutions through property management resources and creative ideas to help maximize the money received by the families involved. The team has handled each step in the process with aplomb from acquiring the property to selling the rehab product including inspections, valuations, cash for keys, trash outs, rehab, and staging. They are constantly educating themselves to keep abreast of current market trends which can only bring more value to their clients.
Although the William Morris Group has been its own entity for over 3 years capitalizing on the above attributes, William, his wife Melissa and their 4 children are active in their community as well. They are involved with local charities and volunteer work, along with their passion for helping others find a place to call home of which they too can be proud. Their goals for you include creating wealth and opportunities, to be a guiding light on your path to purchasing the home of your dreams, and aligning themselves with your specific objectives. The William Morris Group looks forward to putting their history of success to good use by helping you achieve your own.
